PILE DRIVING & set up, dock framing #1
On this project we are working on a new dock with double boathouse under one roof two boatlifts. All the decking will be gray Thru-flow Synthetic decking. All the pilings on this project are piling wrap to prevent bore worm infestation and they are all driven down with a vibratory hammer all dock pilings or 6 inch 20 feet long driven into the soil 9 to 10 feet

On this project we’re building a set of stairs were probably over 50 steps down with a 25 to 32° slope hillside. Also took the excavator down the hillside to drive in the pilings.

When looking for a contractor to do your work, make sure you do your research. Look at completed projects, look at customer reviews and the reputation of the company. Most importantly, make sure your contractor is licensed! There are a lot of people claiming they will do work quickly, but because it’s not permitted work and not with a licensed/reputable contractor. At Dale’s Marine, we may have a little bit of a wait, but there is a reason. Customers want our work and are willing to wait for our quality and wait through the permit process so they have no issues with their work in the future. This is why it is SO important to do your research. Do it right from the start and there should be no problems in your future.
